Craig Robins Gets $125M for Cassi

Craig Robins isn’t done shaping Miami, he’s doubling down. His next act: a 20-story mixed-use tower rising in the heart of the Design District, featuring 191 luxury apartments, a boutique hotel, ground-floor retail, and a wellness center. The $125 million construction loan, secured just last week, signals serious institutional faith not only in Robins’ vision, but in the long-term value of culture-driven urban development.

Aman Heads to the Bahamas

Aman is expanding to the Exumas with Amancaya, a new ultra-luxury retreat spanning two private cays in the Bahamas. Developed in partnership with Swiss billionaire and ocean conservationist Dona Bertarelli, the project blends Aman’s signature minimalism with raw island beauty, offering what may be the brand’s most secluded and cinematic destination to date. With just 25 private villas, a wellness pavilion, and an emphasis on sustainability and barefoot luxury, Amancaya is designed to immerse guests in untouched tropical seclusion. It will be Aman’s first property in the Bahamas and its third in the Caribbean, following Amanera in the Dominican Republic and Amanyara in Turks and Caicos.
