ON MY MIND: Trump Invites Putin to Miami in December for G20
First, what the G20 actually is. The Group of Twenty is where the world’s biggest economies meet once a year: 19 countries plus the European Union and the African Union. Together they account for about 85% of global GDP and roughly two thirds of the world’s population. Each year a different member hosts, and this year it’s us. The 2026 G20 Miami Summit is scheduled for December 14 and 15 at Trump National Golf Course in Doral, with an agenda led by the US and focused on economic growth, deregulation, and energy security.
